My wife puts honey in her apple cider vinegar dose.................
I keep the Ginger Kombucha drinks in my fridge. They sell them in the produce section of the supermarkets.
They have the ginger to settle your stomach and the vinegar acid too.
I tried Kombucha once. Tasted awful.................
Needs to be primaried ASAP!
What you are burping up has a small amount of acid. If it had lots more, you wouldn’t be burping anything as the LES could close and prevent it.
That’s exactly right. Indigestion and GERD are from LOW stomach acid, not high. Supplement with stomach acid, which is HCL and you’ll get great relief.
FYI, I started intermittent fasting last December. Mostly because my weight hit 213. I am 62 and 5’ 9”.
My wife and I both fast for about 36 hours twice a week.
In January I had my annual physical after only fasting for one month. My total chloresterol dropped from 290 to 205. It has not been 205 since I was in my twenties. I tried five different statins and stopped all of them due to muscle weakness.
As of this morning I weighed 187. My goal is to get back to 175 which is waht I should weigh.
Manuka honey is wonderful for a sore throat or cough. I let it melt in my mouth, swallow to coat my throat, then don't drink anything for half an hour. Amazing stuff.
Main stream propaganda will say he’s telling people to drink acid, like they did with Trump and bleach.
Yes!! low stomach acid makes your gut bloat (due to proliferation of bad bacteria as acid kills them), causing the sphincter at the top of your stomach to stay open, allowing acid to enter your esophagus
When mixing your HCL cocktail, just remember “add the acid to the water, just like you ottta”
Sounds interesting - thanks for the post!
Don't go by BMI numbers, they are bogus............
you’re completely wrong
Some pills are made to make you take other pills aka sales?.
can’t be that huh Moe.

Also dry between your toes with your socks before you put them on. Never had athletes foot again.
Statins do no such thing. Statins block the HMG-CoA pathway which produces a number of important things, cholesterol is only one of them.
This is like curing a nose bleed by putting a tourniquet around the neck. See!?!?! The nose stopped bleeding therefor it must be the correct way to address the issue.
Wait until the practitioners of (ignoring all the) evidence based medicine discover the magic of plastic bags tied over the head.
A side effect of statins is ....... “dry mouth”. Not just mouth, everything. Eyes, anything that uses/secrets moisture. When I started taking them years ago I noticed a marked increase in discomfort in dry eyes — my contacts were very difficult to wear. Went to Drs office and reviewed the meds’ write up. (this is waaaay before such was on the WWW) This is where the Pharm spells out test results and such. 5% of users are expected to suffer “dry eyes”. Oooh, lucky me.
So, I quit my contacts and watched my cholesterol drop like a stone.
Side effects of a decrease across the board ?
