This is the second negative article in a week on Lasik- about which up to now I have never heard any complaints - so I get the impression this is some lawyers’ PR team trying to gin up controversy with an eye towards exploitation by litigation.

If I had to make a wild guess, I'd say any new problems with LASIK are more due to the recent influx of DEI and dumbed-down schooling. If the regular current medical profession is any indication, there is probably a much higher number of bumbling retards in the field than there was 20 years ago.

Latest numbers estimate more than 10 million of them have been done in the US, that means with 1% bad results you have 100,000 people who have issues.
