You have to balance the potassium with sodium.

Two things at the top of the list to avoid for those at risk for kidney stones.

This is good - and I’m going to show it to my doctor.

I’ve been trying to get off the BP medication for a long time - makes me tired and lethargic and I hate it.

Tea + Chocolate would be a great breakfast!!

Potassium is extremely safe. The daily requirement is over 3000 mg. Less than 5% meet those requirements.

I’m a physician if you have high blood pressure I challenge you to increase your potassium and then check your blood pressure within 72 hours. Add potassium rich foods to your diet. Try to get between 1500 and 2000 mg a day to start. Unless you have severe kidney disease and you don’t drink any fluids all day long it is a safe supplement. In fact, potassium is in the highest concentration of our body than any other element.

Again, don’t forget to balance it with sodium.

Usually BP issues are because the potassium to sodium ratios are out of whack. High sodium to potassium is usually the issue. But you have to take care not to put it out of whack in the other direction, as well.

You can use liquid ACV, but the acid is hard on your teeth. Make sure you rinse your mouth well after consuming it. I drink a couple tbsps in a glass of water in the morning, then brush my teeth.

Dark chocolate is high in oxalates. So enjoy your chocolate and enjoy your kidney stones.

500mg. I am on a BP surveillance program to get off the meds. With the swallowed gummie, by BP is down a consistent 20+ systolic for the last three weeks. Worked on my brother, still waiting results for Bro-inlaw that takes alot for his. As forr just taking ACV, IDK, not running a clinical study here, anecdotal stuff. Since the gummies are less than $20, seems like an inexpensive solution.
