So when it comes to history, the only valid history is whatever the New York Times says. It’s just not very good at this sort of thing because it’s designed to put words together in a plausible order, and doesn’t necessarily do an actual calculation.
It’s much better at writing things that need text answers, but even then you have to verify any “facts” that you actually want to rely on, and it’s prone to contradicting itself.

Assume that Sept. 12 is one day from Sept. 11 - it sounds obvious, but I used that rationale (or “rational”, for those of you in Rio Linda) to extend to May 15, 2025.
1) The way I did the calc. is as follows:
How many full years between the two dates: 23 (2002-2024, inclusive).
2) How many full months for the remaining years of 2001 and 2025: Oct thru Dec, 2001; Jan thru April, 2025.
3) How many remaining days for each partial month: Sept. 2001 - 19 days; May 2025 - 15 days.
Add up the above, accounting for leap years.
1) 365 x 23 = 8395, add 6 for leap years = 8401
2) 31+30+31 = 92; 31+28+31+30 = 120 >> 212
3) 19+15 = 34
Answer: 8401 + 212 + 34 = 8647

The 9049 is bizarre. I've used various calculators in addition to Grok. If the difference is 1-2 days, it's due to inclusion or exclusion of the end dates. But, 9049 is too far off, is an outlier, and I suspect just outright wrong.
But, the bigger point to make is to step back and question WHY. I mean, the # of days suggests this is a pre-planned story, where the planners (not Comey, IMHO) decided something should happen with subtle ties to 911, and 5/15/25 happens to be this particular number of days post-911. Comey was a convenient subject to interject.
Most are now starting with Comey as a premise of this story, while I'm not buying that, and asking questions that suggest some other premise.
Has Comey been doing any public interviews in his defense?
Either way you did not explain why the same question asked in two different variations produced two results that differed by by 402 days.
9049 - 402 = 8647
9049 was the number of days calculated between two dates when the two dates were specifically provided 09/11/2001 - 05/15/2025.
Yet when I asked it to determine the begin date working back from the end date of 5/15/2026 it produced the start date as being 09/11/2001.
So, my question in the post was, can either of you explain why there was a difference? I expected when I provided the dates that the answer would be 8646. Had I used 09/10/2001, then I would have expected the correct answer as being 8647.
So, as you can see, AI correctly returned with the correct start day when I provided the number of days between two dates with only the end date provided.
However, when I provided AI with both the begin & end dates it provided me with a number exceeding what both of us agree is 8647 by 402 (9049) as the number of days between the two dates.
Which proves that AI is fallible depending upon how the question is posed to it.
I wasn’t being sarcastic, silly maybe. But I’m not good at numerology, so as to the 402 day discrepancy - I’m clueless.
But regarding AI, I’ve also given it math problems, only to have to coax it to the correct answer. I don’t know what’s going on with AI, but I would never trust it - so I wanted to do check the 8647 number myself anyway.
Which is why I always stress that AI is not infallible. It's also why I say it's artificial alright, but it posses no real intelligence whatsoever. It merely provides the illusion of intelligence.
Sadly, I see too many people giving to much credit to artificial intelligence, and even seemingly believing that the machines are actually learning. I am on a mission to dispel the myth that machines are learning. The human programmers are responsible for what AI produces, along with providing the illusion that the machine possess intelligence & that is the way to replace human beings.

What was meant when you said debunked, for I saw no mention of Comey's involvement other than the number 8657 dates beck to Sept. 11th, 2001? It could have been Comey involvement, or the fact that it wasn't 8647 days from the 9/11 attack.
So, I took it to mean the number 8647 did not date back to the 9/11 attack.. Which led me to prove that it was correct that it was really 8647 days from the 9/11 attack.
In the process I found it was true by one query posed to AI, while AI said it was not true when posed in another format.
It was you that added the insinuation that Comey had waited 8647 days to unleash his death threat against Trump, who back then was not even engages in politics as a politician, so I ignored that as what has been debunked, because that was never really presented in the post.

But, it still does not preclude Comey from being involved in a plot to have Trump assassinated. For all we know at this point in time is that Comey may have been involved in both attempts that were already tried to assassination Trump, and that he hasn't given up on the effort to have the plot be carried out successfully.
It just happened to be an interesting coincidence, that 8647 days had passed between the 9/11 attacks, and the posting by Comey.
I personally see no connection between the two events, however, it is a very interesting coincidence, is it not?
