So does radiation. There will be side effects but many people have had years added to their life instead of certain death. I know this from my direct circle of knowledge.

The money is in never-ending "treatment."
The less effective the "treatment," the more money you make.

My wife went through chemo. It was horrible. But she has been free of pancreatic cancer for more than 5 years.
YOU might not know anyone its helped. And thats fine.
But it does help.

If you consume meat and have more iron than you need, bloodletting reduces iron and it’s beneficial. You can use blood ferritin to estimate how much stored iron you have. If blood ferritin is more than 100 ng/ml, the person usually has more iron than they need and would benefit from donating blood or bloodletting.
