Thanks for the links. Good reading material for this evening. I ordered the expensive tablets from Amazon. I can evaluate the efficacy on my own situation. I don't currently have freeze drying equipment, but we have a local supplier with Mother's Day sales on them. The freeze dry approach would provide an alternative if the tablet supplies dry up from the current tariff impacts.

You can just eat the fresh sprouts. They taste excellent.

Problem is, they only have a 7 day shelf life. That’s why I FD them.

If you are interested in more info, just PM me as I have done a full meta-analysis of about a hundred research journal articles on Histamine Intolerance and Diamine Oxidase, including specific unique sprouting techniques to increase DAO content.

Please read about high histamine foods such as spinach , tomatoes, and avocados. Also lunch meats and hard cheeses. Also avoid wine and beer, fermented foods, ....

I pray they work for you the way they do for me. I took 2 before bed on an empty stomach and woke up a different person.

They are 100% safe as they are just pea sprouts.

Just find someone with a freeze dryer near you and pay them to run a batch through for you. One bath per year is sufficient.

I’m experimenting with feeding them to newborn calves as colostrum is very high in DAO. So is breast milk. That’s why breast fed babies have fewer allergies and collic than bottle fed babies.
