96% of covid cases are asymptomatic.. (no symptoms).. -2- the media reported cases numbers are political scare theater.

96% of covid cases are asymptomatic.. (no symptoms)Both of my cases included a severe sore throat, fatigue, malaise, dizziness and a nosebleed. The COVID test turned the T line a dark, solid purple as soon as the solution reached the line. I remained at home until subsequent tests were clear.
Because I work from home, I never had to report having COVID to my employer, nor did I have to get clearance to "return" to the office. My productivity was probably 80% of normal.

Umm, not so with me. I got Covid and developed pneumonia along with it. I was hospitalized for 6 days. As many here on FR know I developed Long Covid later in the year (2022) and had to retire in early 2023 because of it. Chronic fatigue, severe nausea, insomnia and dizziness/brain fog/confusion were my main symptoms. I then developed asthma in 2024 because of it. It still affects me to this day.

The flower girl at my wedding in June 1978 succumbed to her COVID infection. I had many other friends who endured extended hospitalization all the way to ECMO support when the lungs were severely impacted. I give some credit for my "mild" disease to having my D3 blood levels at 170. My doctor wanted that lowered under 120. People with vitamin D levels under 45 ng/dl experienced severe disease including death.
