Prince Harry today sensationally lost his battle for taxpayer-funded armed police bodyguards when in the UK - putting him on the hook for £1.5million in costs.
The Duke of Sussex has been told that his 'grievance' over downgraded security had not 'translated into a legal argument' to successfully challenge the decision.
Harry believes he has been 'singled out' and 'badly treated' for 'unjustified, inferior treatment' since Megxit five years ago.

Hopefully this also means the US taxpayer is not on the hook for his “security”
Yes. Getting the special UK security is part of a bigger game where (through treaty) other countries have to provide security for VIPs. It is hard for him to make the case that he is a VIP without the UK security.

I can't believe Prince Harry never read anything about his great-uncle Edward.   Or maybe he did, and took the uncrowned King Edward VIII's mistakes as a roadmap to escape his royal duties.

Wish they’d shut up and move to Siberia.

No he was not; though his mother, the also very stupid/dumb and mentally crippled Spencer ( The Spencer family has been known, for the past several 100s of years, as being nasty, some down right EVIL, and/or NUTS...it's genetic! ) said, when both boys were quite young, that William took after his father and was very intelligent and that Harry took after her and was STUPID.
Throughout most of Harry's life, he was coddled ( extremely spoiled by his mother! ), and protected by EVERYONE in the family as well as his tutors.

No, you are going by what Harry said about his grandmother, which was a LIE; he was NEVER her "favorite".
What she and the rest of the family and courtiers did do, was HIDE his stupidity, dreadful behavior ( as much as they could ), and gross acts, some of which he spilled and/or exaggerated in "THE SPARE".
Lady C. is going to have a high old time, on Saturday and River might put something out today! :-)

His only option now is to raise an army and lay siege to Winsor castle.

Harry didn’t pay attention to the BBC’s involvement in his mother being drummed out of the royal family.
Another lesson he failed to learn.

Yes, SPARKLE MARKLE always puts out news of any kind, when the ROYALS do something/have something SPECIAL like a B Day or anniversary, or do something. But THIS is a BIG “present” FOR the REAL Royals AND all of the taxpayers in the UK!

To: nopardons
Hopefully it keeps US taxpayers from having to cover their security as well. Now maybe they’ll investigate the tax exempt charities.

She always seemed very fond of him as he grew up, and before the Markle fiend came along, they seemed to enjoy one another.
Also she was very hurt by what they did to her and her family. I don’t think that was just concern for appearances.

That is terrible, I mean what Princess Diana said about her second son‘s intelligence.
How could a mother say such a horrible thing about her child, even if it were true? 🙁

She knew that William would be okay, but she KNEW that Harry was a mess, from the time he was very little.
But...worse than that...she treated poor William like a husband/boyfriend/lover/girlfriend, when she was with the boys, WHICH WAS VERY RARE, by telling him all of her woes, hurt feelings, GOD only knows what else. SHE WAS A LOUSY WIFE AND A LOUSY MOTHER! But typical; read the book about her ancestress, Lady Georgiana, the Duchess of Devonshire.
