Those governors had and still have authority to detain and contain illegals in their state or deport them out of country themselves. They are to protect their citizens and their state borders and ALL have failed and continue to allow illegals entry into their states. Shipping to other states if just helping the invasion while thinking it somehow makes them look tough. They look like followers and fools, not leaders.

I’m not lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but it seems to me that if immigrants were not properly processed into the country (and most weren’t) then they have no legal standing in the country and, hence, no right to due process unless they return to the port of entry that should have processed them and apply properly for admission. At that point we can send them back to Mexico IAW Trump’s stay in Mexico policy, and there they can be Mexico’s problem...for years and years.

8 usc 1324 CONTAAINS ALL THE LAW WE NEED. It is illegal to aid, harbor, or transport illegal aliens. Woulsn’t providing free health care fall into that category? Judges removing perps from their courtrooms so they can escape ... 5 year imprisonment, loss of law license, dis-BARred. That should get their attention.

I like it. Also let's buy a few homes in their gated communities and house 30 or 40 criminal illegals until 'da judge' has time to review their cases. The 'put 'em' in the judges back yard just might work
