I’m not lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but it seems to me that if immigrants were not properly processed into the country (and most weren’t) then they have no legal standing in the country and, hence, no right to due process unless they return to the port of entry that should have processed them and apply properly for admission. At that point we can send them back to Mexico IAW Trump’s stay in Mexico policy, and there they can be Mexico’s problem...for years and years.

logical to all of us but not to judges.....
