Francis may be the last Jesuit Pope, having been the first.
The College of Cardinals is roughly comprised 50/50 of Francis appointed and Benedict appointed bishops. Benedict previously held the majority but many have exceeded the 80 year old voting restriction.
Even so, I expect the next Pontiff will be a moderate successor to Francis. John Paul I and John Paul II were both more conservative than the liberal Paul VI.

Didn’t Jean Dixon say something about the “last Pope” back in the 1960s? I believe it was written in the book A GIFT OF PROPHECY by Ruth Montgomery which had lots of Jean Dixon prophecies in it.
Just a reminder, Jean Dixon, in the STAR tabloid headline..JEAN DIXON SAYS NIXON WILL NOT RESIGN!” the very week Nixon resigned.
Ten years later, her publicity dept said she HAD predicted the resignation.
