Of course not. It’s not the blind can’t see the hypocrisy. And it proves that leftists give absolutely nothing 1 single crap about the USA.

Judges like to show their power, but not if it requires too much work.
If a leftist judge can stop Trump by throwing a shoe into the works, in it will go.

I was a Border Patrol Agent for almost 30 years. I deported thousands of illegal aliens based solely on probable cause of illegal entry. No court hearing required.

The Hussein Regime futzed with any and all government statistics. On immigration, they counted every person who was stopped, who never entered the United States, they counted them as deportations. Who knows how many were just let in during the 8 years of Hussein. Then, during Hussein’s third term, they facilitated and welcomed an open invasion.

Foreigners in the United States ILLEGALLY are not supposed to be covered by the U.S. Constitution. Dew process my arse. They need to go process their dew by someone else’s bushes.

Wasn't Elian Gonzalez a nonjudicial removal?
AI Overview
The removal of Elian Gonzalez from his home in Miami, Florida, on April 21, 2000,
by the U.S. government was not a judicial process, but rather a nonjudicial action taken
by the Department of Justice to enforce a previous decision to return the child
to his father in Cuba

My, how time flies.
