There are kernels of truth in the piece. It is generally true that liberalism is more prevalent among high IQ groups. But how much of that is simply due to a self-replicating culture that has developed over the last century or so? To imagine a simple example of this, imagine 100 years ago, the high-IQ boy from a conservative farm family goes off to Harvard... where he finds himself drenched in liberalism and adopts the ethos of his peers... he raises haute-bourgeois liberal kids and the cycle continues.
But I ask, how intelligent is it to fail to recognize that in virtually every aspect of life — law enforcement, religion, sexual ethics, social-welfare programs, military preparedness, etc. — liberalism is a total failure?
