Why did the Texas CPS cooperate with their Massachusetts counterparts? Anything coming from a deep blue state should immediately be questioned.
The doctor needs to be charged criminally and civilly. I.e., Sue him into oblivion and throw him in prison. Also, the govt agency and those who authorized or acted in terrorizing this family also need to be held criminally and civilly accountable.
The only thing these abusive doctors, agencies and individuals understand is loss of money and prison.
We so need to see examples made of abusive govt agencies, institutions and persons. Calling Bondi, Patel and Bongino - where's the beef?.

The parents, Isael Rivera and Ruth Encarnacion, were arrested and charged with “familial kidnapping” after fleeing to Texas to avoid the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) and local police.
But then Whitney Texas arrested them and Texas CPS took the kids?
Parents cannot “kidnap” their own child. They MOVED to Texas and the moment they left, they were no longer subject to Masshole vaccine law.
Lets see if Abbott with show some courage and deal with this. These parents are violating no Texas law.
Texas is lost if the extradite two parents for the crime of leaving Massholia.
They have already gone back to Mass. I would not have served the warrant.
The doctor needs a late night visit.
