Warrior diet. One meal a day. Actually really tough to start, but it gets easy. Fat will drop like a rock within a month.
Or he could stay the same weight and fit in with a lot of political “news” anchors.
I did that 2 years ago at my last job. 1 meal a day (dinner) heavy protein, vegetables no carbs. 2 weeks to get the craving for potatoes, bread, etc to go away. Then it was 10 lbs in 2 months with no other changes. The next 10 lbs took me 18 months. I was working remote from home, so it was easy for me to manage it.
My current job has me back at home (thank the good Lord) and my wife started making lunches for me and feeding my rice (her staple)...I’ve added back the last 10 lbs and getting ready to tell my wife to stop making me lunch...though that’s been nice.
