More often than not I see idiots in mask. The obvious observation is these are liberal morons with no clue so I’m good with that.

There are many here in MASKachusetts. Young mainly, and lots of idiots wearing masks driving alone or jogging. AND even little kids, 2, 3 year olds sitting in shopping carts at grocery stores with their masked face in their mother’s phone. AND some of these idiot women are wearing latex gloves as well. SMH

My brother is a transplant recipient and often wears masks. He has to.

Depends on where I am, gym, church, restaurants, bar, area of town, type of store.

But...

I’d say maybe 3% all in all.

I had COVID in early January, self-tested. Immediately went to my Dr for the anti-viral, (Paxlovid I think). I wore a mask to the office. Stayed home the rest of the time.

Well I am none of above. What I am is a long haul Wuhan Virus survivor. I woke up Thanksgiving morning 2022 and collapsed getting out of bed. Wife sprung into action. Luckily an hospital was only 15 minutes away. I spend 23 days ICU and then 12 days Acute rehab. I have neurological problems, no smell, impacted balance, short term memory loss, fatigue, no saliva, low BP to high, can not focus and extreme eye pain enough to cause me to retreat to dark bedroom and sleep. Do I wear a mask? Whenever I remind myself to. I check all the Wuhan Virus boxes, overweight, Type 2, suffer from pneumonia attacks, over 60 and whatever other boxes there are. Masks versus ICU? Give me the mask

Not many. But not as few as before the pandemic. Some people will be wearing them until they die because of the fear they instilled in them.

There were and always will be people who are immunocompromised who wear masks in public. Keep that in mind rather than just assuming someone. Wears a mask out of covid irrationality.

A barista where I get coffee wears a mask. Like your church friend, he does it because someone in his immediate family has serious health issues and a depressed immune system.

I was given infusions to permanently depress my immune system, to combat an autoimmune disease. So while I’m less likely to have a return of the autoimmune disease, I’m more likely to catch something infectious. Which I have. I just avoid crowds, although some in my spot might want to wear a mask. I don’t worry about it.
