Okay...the other dirty magic bullet for me was when I stopped drinking beer, which was a huge deal in the 80's and 90s - beer was involved in every activity with others - golf, boating, fishing, weekend gathering at a friends, nights at the local watering hole with the guys. Then I switched to bourbon and, still to this day, enjoy a glass or two when the day is over.
Back when I did stop drinking beer, the weight actually came off fast and I had loose skin in areas - but the body adjusted over the next few years. The body is actually an amazing, miraculous, God-given machine if we give it the chance!
