Thoughts?

Many scientists and philosophers are idiots.

Ask a child if we live in reality or a SIM or a hologram. Ask a child when they are in pain or are hungry if they are living in a simulation or hologram.

Scientist say we have, among other things, that we have Man made Global Warming , also. And what they say about Covid 19?

Anyone who believes anything now a Scientists says is not wise.

Some people will believe all kinds of strange unprovable ideas yet reject the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Makes as much sense as saying there are 200 billion galaxies.

Does that mean all those wild nights and horrible hangovers I had in my youth were imaginary? Gee, I feel better already

And then there is this:

The ratio of matter (nucleus + electrons) to the total volume of an atom is on the order of 1 to 1 trillion or even less, depending on the atom. This means that over 99.9999999999% of an atom is empty space.

This mind-boggling emptiness is why solid objects feel solid to us despite being made of atoms—it's the forces between atoms (like electrostatic repulsion) that give matter its structure, not the physical "stuff" filling the space.

We and all matter are really just mostly empty space and electrical energy.

I have always wondered why there are four types of force. And why they do what we measure so repeatedly. Why is everything with mass attracted to everything else. It does hold things together except that we are flying apart. And how are there two electrical charges that attract and repel? And for that matter how come nuclear particles can over come this repulsion?

So with this in mind, how does a two dimensional universe simplify our understanding of the four forces?

When they a make the math work….. they make up a speculative scenario to solve their problems. There is no reality they say….. yet none of them wants to end their life here.

Maybe the Bible provides some answers. Of course, one would have to read it. As far as I know, a hologram is not a life form.

Jesus speaks of internal Heavens, not external Heavens.

You must go within to find God.

Of course, a hologram is not a life form. Therein lies the whole of the silliness.

From the current hysteria about artificial intelligence and people already "proving" it by being fooled by it, per the measures of Turing and Searle wherein 'you be convinced' is the measure, to this hologram nonsense, the modernity turns out to the age old conundrum of prima causa. The remainder of the nonsense is the amplification of foolishness by a foolish media.

Nothing new in any of this. Watchmaker versus blind watchmaker versus no watchmaker. Change the vocabulary and pretend you've found something new!

Flatland While a satire in its time, the joke applies today. 2-D world, eh? Been there. Done that.

That's my single point -- in a 1-D world.

Wherever the Voyager spacecraft are . . . they are not really there.

But taxation, is almost everywhere.
