Nice request, but the President can't be visiting individual people in person. Perhaps he can post a brief video message on Truth or X wishing the fellow a happy birthday and praising him for his patriotism and thanking him for his support. Or even better, set up a Zoom call or the like.
I wouldn't expect Trump to actually put his entire entourage including security through an in-person visit. But some sincere contact would be a very good and appropriate gesture.
