Thanks for this link. I’ve been a PFS victim for 5 years now, with all the symptoms you wrote of.
At nearly 70, I have no hope for a fix in my lifetime. Merck ignores us. All in the remedy for BPH.
The number of men afflicted after taking Propecia is even greater, 100x fold. Maybe RFK Jr. will help us.

If oviducts connect to a cloaca, so would have sperm ducts at some point, especially for aquatic animals.
To reverse Prof. Hejnol, holes can separate and specialize over time. We are basically tubes, but we are complicated tubes.
