Thanks for holding down the fort. I’m so sorry to be AWOL.

I’m really scared this dry eye will turn back into cornea neuropathy so I am being ultra careful. It’s just not behaving like normal dry eye.

Take as much time and care as you need. Of course you are missed, but avoiding eye strain is super important. I’m glad you’re being ultra careful.
