I went rogue and actually followed the link. He looks pretty fit to me. Less clothing in good weather, and maybe no vest under the clothes. He moves as well as ever.
He looks about the same to me. I don’t see any dramatic change.

He looks good, he’s 78 and didn’t need to be carrying the amount of weight he was, it’s not healthy. If he’s using a GLP-1 it’s probably Mounjaro/Zepbound, it works better than Ozempic.
