From what I gather, the Hussein liebarry and bath house won't be completed because of improper rebar spacing which resulted in a lawsuit based on race.

I’ll bet the hotel will be finished long before the lie-barry. Which is bogged down in DIE lawsuits.

How about a prison instead.

A rest stop for weary travelers would be nice right at the liebarry location

Zoning change? No problem. City Councilmen are relatively cheap.

It will be called the "Obamanable (abominable) Fleabagger Hotel".
To: Responsibility2nd
Will the hotel also look like a flak tower?

... an $800 million development that promises to draw tens of thousands to the neighborhood each year Really? The developer does realize it's in Chicago, right?

Who will want to stay in an unsafe place overnight?

Will they charge by the hour and have a huge privacy fence?

Sounds more like a laundry than a hotel.

Hopefully there will be disclosure about how many hotel rooms will be dedicated to the housing of illegal aliens - uh, undocumented migrants; uh - recent arrivals.
And some space should be reserved for a new "Moo And Oink" location, so the area does not turn into a food desert.
