Patients follow a strict organic vegetarian diet, which can include up to 13 glasses of fruit juice and up to five coffee enemas daily. Sounds like a recipe to destroy your health.
Juice is not much better for you than soda because you're getting the sugar without the fiber. Imagine eating the amount of food needed to make 13 glasses of juice.
Also enemas interfere with normal bowel function and can cause the bowel to learn to become dependent on them instead of clearing naturally.
If someone has issues going, psyllium husk is a MUCH better option.
