Nope, it’s not a 90s view. If it was a 90s view with Yeltsin in power the former Eastern bloc countries saw hope that the Russian federation would end its imperialist mindset. But that ended with Putin.
Eastern bloc countries have no glue either Muscowy.
No one trusts Moscow.
Let’s just agree to disagree. Russia will simply crush Kiev and stop at the border of Poland.
Poland can take a clue from the US who pulled all US personnel from the transit depots holding and shipping weapons in Poland to Ukraine.
The Money Tree died. Now EUropeans will have fund their socialism without the US providing for their defense and pumping money in their economies.
Get back to me when Russia puts boots on the ground in Poland; until then trust that Russia is simply content with defeating the USA and NATO in Ukraine.
