It used to be that a man with a working class job could earn enough to support a family and own a home and have a stay at home wife.
It used to be that a man with a white collar job or a small business owner could earn enough to have a really nice lifestyle with a stay-at-home wife.
Neither of these things are true anymore, and it’s all been done by design on purpose.
Both the working class and the middle class have it much harder today.
And one of the intended outcomes of making it harder for everyone is a culture where women are programmed to believe that they’re supposed to have a high-powered career, while simultaneously looking down on men who don’t have high powered careers as losers.
At least the old fashioned gold digging woman didn’t look down on a man who was a truck driver or a plumber. He just wasn’t what she was looking for.

The modern day college to corporate/government cubicle pipeline has been our undoing in oh so many ways.
I wouldn’t touch a modern day corporate/government career woman with a 10-ft pole. They can enjoy their “bucket lists” with their BFF’s.
My mom was a proud housewife and was more worldly and well read than 95% of them!
