Uh oh… edumacate me self? The proof is in the events. Its obvious from the actual war theyve been fighting. Do you not think Russia could’ve pushed into Kiev had they chose to? Russia had targets and captured them. They expended only what was necessary to capture them. Now theyll look for a peace plan that they have all the cards… including eastern Ukraine. Its over. Putin doesnt want the rest… doesnt want Poland or Germany or the UK. Putin has achieved his goals for this war.
