Uh oh… edumacate me self? The proof is in the events. Its obvious from the actual war theyve been fighting. Do you not think Russia could’ve pushed into Kiev had they chose to? Russia had targets and captured them. They expended only what was necessary to capture them. Now theyll look for a peace plan that they have all the cards… including eastern Ukraine. Its over. Putin doesnt want the rest… doesnt want Poland or Germany or the UK. Putin has achieved his goals for this war.
Russia did push to Kyiv and lost the battle. Putin’s best airborne troops died in the fields around Hostumel airport. Here’s one of them:

Biden and the EU Globohomos put the brakes on aid to Ukraine after they won battlefield victories in Kharkiv and Kherson because they did not want Putin to lose. That gave Russia time to dig in on stolen land and rearm. Now here we are.
