Was in Sam’s last week and saw a guy with 15 CASES of eggs going out the door.
I assumed he was a restaurant owner..........or a millionaire............
Actually, we have 11 laying hens. They are producing like crazy-mad now that Spring is here. It's just the two of us, so we're giving away as many as we can, but all of our neighbors have hens, too! We eat 2 meals a day...and we're going to have to start having eggs at BOTH of them! I know - perfect timing with what's going on in 'The Egg World' these days...
