Uses and ups have been “losing” a number of packages lately- seems to be Increasingly common- just got another notice that a package “has been delayed” and now “isn’t due until the end of march”- have had packages delayed and no updates on tracking for weeks, then get a notice 5o “cancel the order” and an email to please “report if the package arrives” after cancelation so that we can be charged for it if ti arrives. But they never do arrive, likely having been stolen during transport.

Most likely this is normal activity in whatever s**t hole country he came from - he’ll claim he “didn’t know it was wrong” to steal checks b/c this is done all the time in Africa and everyone accepts it.
