I thought bird flu was around much longer... maybe as far back as 2005.
I spoke with an arborist at the time and he was excited that bird flu was eradicated. I looked at him as if he had two heads. I had no clue of what he was talking about.
Maybe he was talking about avian flu...pigeons, crows and sparrows? if so, then why are only chickens affected now?

This virus respects borders..who knew

Canucks and Mexicans are not genociding their chickens
Their farms are not burning down either

Yes, the bird flu has been around forever.

This refers to a specific strain of an old disease.
