Pardons apply to whom the president says they apply. This judge crap is infuriating.
The “plot” was another FBI set up and was fake. And this judge cannot overrule a pardon.
Who brought the case and what was their standing? How did this get in front of the judge?
Then, what about Bird’s pardon for Murder?

That opens the door to cancel all of Biden’s pardons.
Apparently the judiciary is running the Executive Branch now.
lib, the thinking in this decision (that a blanket pardon for Jan. 6th protestors does NOT cover serious crimes) could mean that were Shiffty to be prosecuted for a serious crime, his blanket pardon wouldn’t cover him.
Trump is still in office, so he can issue another pardon any time he wants to correct a judge’s misinterpretation. It’s up to him.

While I have advocated by the J6 detainees the acquisition and publication of personal information regarding the J6 judges, LEOs, detention staff, etc for possible legal action, I don’t support the actual murder of same.
I do however find it amusing as this story will heighten the level of concern for their well-being among the same J6 judges, LEOs, detention staff, etc. Knowing that a most unpleasant end may come at any moment will result in them spending the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders, scanning their transportation for explosives, etc. Just the increase in these individuals blood pressure will eventually do what needs to be done.
These Judges are getting TOO BIG FOR THIR ROBES! THIS CRAP MUST STOP!
Just use the Hunter Biden precedent!
These robed f**kwits are just bound and determined to bestow new meaning to the idea of a “hangin’ judge” aren’t they.
