That might work, if you are quick enough, if your boots are fully laced up and pants tucked inside. Otherwise, that critter is likely to skitter right up your open pants leg, because all it sees is a dark space available to hide in.

Some folks have Scorpions as pets. They get a rush from keeping obvious danger just an arm reach away. Not me!

Yeah, me too. I was hoping they could clone some of them back to life.

Who's got that kind of time? Just head to the baggage carousel at Logan:

Buddy of mine said we have scorpions all over in Florida. I called bs. Then he pointed to an oak on his property, said look. Holy crap! Maybe 1.5 inches long, about black, very hard to see.

But once you see one, you see them. Found a handful in a few minutes.

Yeah, "giant" and "scorpion" are two words I don't want to see in the same sentence.

I was hoping for something along the lines of alligator size...can you imagine?

A 4” scorpion is not remarkable. Dumb article.

But, what should make people question is this: if Darwinism was true, how is it that a scorpion this old looks pretty much exactly like the ones you can find today?

The world is not that old. And Darwinism is a failed ideology.
