But, you’re right! We can improve production a year out and many years to come. Beau is so CrAzY about those hens! Never thought he’d take to them as he has. He ‘fell in love’ at Farm & Fleet when we were buying fluffy yellow chicks last Spring and he’s not been the same since! ;)
Well, it would be good if chickens provide him a good reason at his age to hang around the farm and gardening wife rather than heading up north to chase bears around wolf and moose infested spaghnum bogs and Alder thickets with packs of baying hounds!
