David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff reportedly died by suicide at the age of 62.
Law enforcement officials told TMZ that Bach-Hasselhoff’s relatives grew concerned when they couldn’t reach her and wanted to check on her well-being. Paramedics responded to her home shortly after 10 p.m. on Wednesday for reports of an unconscious female. Hasselhoff was declared dead on-scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to her head. Authorities said they did not find a suicide note.
Los Angeles Police Department officers arrived shortly after Bach-Hasselhoff was located, according to TMZ.
David Hasselhoff issued a brief statement to the outlet saying, “Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”
David and Pamela were husband and wife from 1989 to 2006, but their relationship ended in a contentious divorce. They engaged in disputes over spousal support payments until 2017.
Bach-Hasselhoff made her big screen acting debut in Francis Ford Coppola’s 1983 film “Rumble Fish” and starred alongside Matt Dillon, Mickey Rourke and Diane Lane. She went on to pursue television roles and appeared on “Baywatch” for ten years as café owner Kaye Morgan.
Her other notable television appearances include “Sirens,” “The Young and the Restless,” “The Fall Guy,” “T.J. Hooker” and “Knight Rider,” where she and David met.
Bach-Hasselhoff is survived by the two daughters she shares with David.
No further information has been provided about the circumstances leading up to her death.
My stepdaughter’s extended family experienced two suicides. It’s devastating. Their strong faith hs pulled them through it.
That is hilarious. You remember space shuttles as a boy. Guys like me remember looking in the night sky to see the Echo communications satellite making an arc across the dark and thought America really was Great.
unfortunately all we have now in space are robots. Robots inspire no one to go out there. By now we should have condos on Neptune. As Trump would say— “Sad.”
I’m with you FRiend. I keep hoping for a miracle. DOGE doesn’t seem to be making me happy.
I was thinking more like Isaac Asimov’s “The Naked Sun”, without any sex robots.
After you run the numbers, it’s just impossible to pull yourself back up. Our enemies have really done a number on us. I was hoping Trump could delay the end a bit. That remains to be seen.
I always wonder where they think they are going...
stunning, very sad indeed
always factor in the sex robots
that was before she destroyed her face with surgery. You should post a recent pic, scary as shit.
I was thinking Jack Vance’s “The Dying Earth,” except not a billion years from now.
Oh shut up you insufferable clown! ...The fact that you choose to live in California is your own damn fault! Trump has done more in less than 2 months than any other POTUS! You probably can’t even keep up you twit! Go back you your Dem handlers and try to do better.....your trolling game is pathetic !
I moved out of Cali years ago. I watched it quickly go from a paradise into sh&$. I moved but unfortunately the same things are happening here that brought the downfall. I know it’s not been long but we don’t have long either. It’s like a stage 5 cancer patient. In order to help them, you have to get a scalpel out and start cutting. They might lose an arm or a leg or both and there’s blood everywhere. I look around, and I’m not seeing nearly enough blood my brother. We need savage, we don’t need tweets and likes.
The world is in a world of hurt. But people don’t commit suicide because of national or international finances. Whatever her reason - and NO ONE here has a clue - it was personal.
Used to be more so. I think that with a combination of societal pressures as well as widespread hormonal poisoning (i.e. birth control) and other psychiatric pharmaceuticals, it will become less "uncommon."
Dang, that was good.
we will never know because no one will follow up on it, but it was money. call me columbo.
Are you thinking of Pamela Anderson? The lady with the bouncing rack?
Women don’t normally shoot themselves (too messy) and rarely die without a note. Smells fishy from here.
