U.S. President Donald Trump's administration and Ukraine plan to sign the much-debated minerals deal following a disastrous Oval Office meeting Friday in which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy was dismissed from the building, four people familiar with the situation said on Tuesday.
President Donald Trump has told his advisers that he wants to announce the agreement in his address to Congress Tuesday evening, three of the sources said, cautioning that the deal had yet to be signed and the situation could change.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Ukraine’s presidential administration in Kyiv and the Ukrainian embassy in Washington did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Exactly right. Zelensky is still playing games. He thinks Trump is desperate to sign a deal before the speech.
No trust, no deal. And you cannot trust the duplicitous Zelensly.
Yeah either that story about the UK signing the same deal with Zelenskyy is total bunk or if its true you can have TWO deals for the same thing it makes it null and void
Zelenskyy is NOT in the US, so either he signs it by DocuSign or he has to wait

As I posted-——the dust-up w/ Trump is more easily explained by the Z/Starmer agreement.
Trump will have to buy the Brits out.Easy peasy. He can just say, “ I am ending our armament supply contracts and withdrawing all US troops stationed in the UK.”

Yeah the whole thing is confusing. If the weasel and the UK already had a deal, Zelenskyy could have come last Friday, signed the deal with Trump knowing its invalid and moved on

Yeah cause if its the exact same deal he could have signed it on Friday, had no drama and said “HA HA HA HA HA I already signed this with the UK back in January so sucks to be you”

Z musta been thrown for a loop in the WH....realizing Trump is a sophisticated
businessman and knows the ins and outs of these complicated structured deals.

I’d be quite shocked if he signed a bad deal, but I’ve never believed that it’s impossible for him to make a mistake or let his emotions influence his judgement. I’d like to hear his take on the (allegedly) pre-existing UK deal. I’m not forbidden to ask questions just because I’m an die-hard supporter.
