Omega-6 oils come from the seed oils that they put in EVERYTHING. Salad dressing, mayonnaise, soups, protein drinks, etc. Canola oil is made from Rapeseed and was originally intended as engine lubricant. This is what they sold to us as “low fat” and “healthy.” It is NOT. It’s what they fry French fries in, cook hamburgers in, popcorn, you name it. If you have it in your house, get rid of it. No vegetable oils, soybean oil, corn oils, canola oils, cottonseed oil. Go with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado oil, Coconut oil, organic tallow or lard, and grass-fed butter. If you really want to be brain healthy, take a spoonful of olive oil every day. Just pour it over your salad or entree, stir it into your chili, or drink it straight.

It’s more difficult to remove seed oils from your life than it is to remove processed sugar. At least at a restaurant you can avoid the sugar, but not the seed oils.

Well I grow and cure my own tobacco and I’m crazy addicted. 🤣 But seriously I think it’s the smoking ritual and the hand to mouth action I’m addicted to. If I haven’t had my nicotine for 2+ hours I’m not all that great to be around.
