President Donald J. Trump clinched another legal win at the Supreme Court, temporarily blocking a lower court’s ruling over foreign aid. Trump mandated a 90-day freeze, which U.S. District Judge Amir Ali ordered must be restored as the president didn’t consider the “extraordinary harm” this action could do. It’s lunacy that these little judges think they can dictate what the executive can do. This ruling should’ve been ignored; Biden dismissed the Supreme Court in student loan relief.

While they were at it I wonder why they didn’t specify just how much control low level judges have over Executive Branch actions.

Well, hold on there. Article II rocks if Barack Obama is president.
Elon Musk is an unelected guy doing what his elected boss asked him to do. Ali Amir (the gadhead judge in this case) is an unelected judge with a lifetime appointment doing what some foreigfner wants him to do i.e. reinstate waste, fraud, and abuse into the system.
Roberts was just protecting what is left of the USSC’s power.
He knows that at sometime soon Trump will ignore the Court based on the Three Co-Equal Branches of Government doctrine.
That is why the USSC backed down from affirming the Tic Toc ban. Kavanaugh even said “...if the Executive ignores it [the ruling to ban Tic Toc].
