Musk stunned as dozens of DOGE staff suddenly QUIT with scathing letter... as eye-watering new savings figure is revealed

DOGE workers are revolting against Elon Musk and Donald Trump by signing a dramatic resignation letter vowing not to defund 'public services.'

'We swore to serve the American people and uphold our oath to the Constitution across presidential administrations,' 21 former DOGE staffers wrote in a letter first reported on by AP.

These ex-DOGE workers, who are not part of Musk's personally hired nerd army, said that they refuse to 'dismantle critical public services' being slashed.

All of the now-resigned workers were a part of the U.S. Digital Service (USDS), the small government department of roughly 100 workers that Musk turned into DOGE.

Since the billionaire's takeover of the department, DOGE has fired 40 of those workers.

In the last month, DOGE has rampaged through many federal agencies demanding access to sensitive data, sit-down performance reviews with agency employees and, most recently, email receipts of what federal employees achieve in any given week.

'Several of these interviewers refused to identify themselves, asked questions about political loyalty, attempted to pit colleagues against each other, and demonstrated limited technical ability,' the staffers revealed in their letter, seemingly slamming the DOGE workers who quizzed them as hostile.

'This process created significant security risks,' they wrote.

But DOGE Spokeswoman Katie Miller posted on X that the workers who signed the letters 'were full remote workers who hung Trans flags from their workplaces.'

Sounds like they were part of the base agency created by Hussain taken over by DOGE, making them Obamanations.

Headline writer distortion for those who only read the headlines.

It is becoming obvious that all of this is going to have to be solved by a civil war. When it gets going, there are going to be a LOT of unrepentant people being hunted. Many of you folks had better change your attitudes and show remorse for all of the money you’ve stolen.

So they were holdovers from the last administration in that department. The press is lying by omission and headline.

They were a bunch of Obama hires who have been at the Department of digital services (Now called DOGE) and didn’t like having to work hard so they quit. Not like Musk doesn’t know any computer geeks to hire.

‘These highly skilled civil servants were working to modernize Social Security, veterans’ services, tax filing, health care, disaster relief, student aid, and other critical services,’ the former DOGE employee’s resignation letter says.

‘Their removal endangers millions of Americans who rely on these services every day. The sudden loss of their technology expertise makes critical systems and American’s data less safe.’

They have a pretty high opinion of themselves.

They were previous staff. Not the DOGE workers Musk brought in. The headline is so misleading.

I am sure they “got quit”. In my experience, that is when staying becomes so dreadful that they quit; Right before they would have been fired.

I think this is just the first of these types of “walk outs.”

I keep telling my family that DOGE hasn’t even started yet. They are still in the information gathering phase. When they start the automation and process engineering…that is when you will really hear people scream.

It will be fun to watch.

This gesture, resigning before being fired, is very much appreciated. Saves taxpayers a lot of time and money.
