I was disgusted by that ad right after the show—I think it was sponsored by the NFL—about the girl football player. It portrayed white men as stupid, bigoted, oafish boors.

Many years ago, when we did business by telephone, a broker I know (Otto was his name) had a phone in the bathroom.

As I have no cable, nor ‘over the air’ broadcast availability, I am not seeing the game.

Seems like I’m a bit lucky, in that the half-time show sounds like the pits.

It sounds like even the ads are the pits. Even if I did get coverage of the game, the US ads are replaced with Canadian ads. Again, not much of a loss, it seems.

One catchy “tune” he supposedly sang was “Not Like Us”. I looked up the lyrics and it’s still near impossible to know what the hell it says since it’s in the alien rap language. And it won him 2025 awards for Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Music Video, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year. It’s nothing but atrocious, just the language I can sort of decipher.
