RCWIDIW SY GCPTCYIN CR QCKY. --IPSME NSGZSQYCQ
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal’s Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.

One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don’t put the actual words of the quote in the clue.
Good morning everyone!
That one was a doozy. Or is it doozie?
Only way I could solve this was by getting the two letter words.
Playing with the most common letters gave me tha first name, which trivially gave the author.
I did the puzzle instantly, it didn’t take...
Wow, the short ones are challenging.. I got this one started by guessing what the two-letter words would likely be in a sentence that short.. and the first word was a bit special.
1. FYVF'D FYL OMEELDF EVH MW DHAJFD, FYL GMTTLJLWZL OLFULLW FYL UMWWLJ VWG FYL QADLJ AT FYL DPHLJ OAUQ - IAYW SVGGLW2. SX MGLV AT V DPHLJ OAUQ MD V FAMQLF FYVF ZQLVWD MFDLQT - SVNMWL
Solution to previous Puzzle: (select the yellow text with your cursor to read):
1. THAT'S THE BIGGEST GAP IN SPORTS, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WINNER AND THE LOSER OF THE SUPER BOWL - JOHN MADDEN2. MY IDEA OF A SUPER BOWL IS A TOILET THAT CLEANS ITSELF - MAXINE

It was a “doozy”. I assumed that one of the two-letter words had to be what I correctly guessed. That gave me the third from last letter of the author’s name, which tipped me off to the last three, and it was relatively easy after that.
The author somehow revealed herself. Have we heard from her lately? Seems like it.
I have posted a couple of the author’s works, which I greatly admire, as cryptograms on this forum.
The short ones are usually the hardest, at least for me. On this one, I took a guess on word two and her name jumped off the page.
A little light reading for a Saturday night.
