Anthony Weiner wasn't just "sexting" with an underage girl. He explicitly told her that he knew she was under age and what he would do to her sexually. Due to her age, that would be statutory rape - Anthony Weiner explicitly described to his victim, the rape he would commit against her.
The man is disordered and depraved.
