I’m planning to start working on dictating an audiobook… which was described to me as Otis’ major written work. Its called “The rights of the British colonies asserted and proved”
I figure it’ll probably take me a few months… I’m really looking forward to it.
I just finished dictating an audiobook on John Hancock, and I did an earlier one on Joseph Warren.

James Otis Jr. was born 300 years ago today (vanity) The individual most responsible for creating the Independence movement for the United States.
Samuel Adams described him as the spark that lit the fire.
He said he wanted to leave this world on a clap of thunder like one of the prophets.
He was killed by a lighting strike.
