Makes much more sense than suing Exxon for earthquakes.

Thom’s the enemy. This is just a shallow ploy to look like he’s on the bandwagon. Don’t get me wrong; it might be a very helpful bill. But don’t let that fool you: Thom Tillis is 100% for imported slave labor, and probably voted for Kamala Harris when no-one was looking.

Great idea. Include recovery of attorney fees and other litigation costs.

It’s a start. By rights, they should be criminally liable as well.

In the Old Testament, if a person owned an ox which gored a person and they did not kill the ox to prevent it from happening again, they would be guilty of murder if the ox went on to gore another.

Can I sue for the lack of services - including medical care - due to the illegals being given free medical, free food and free housing?

We had a drought in NC back in the early 2000’s. One county near us had 60 days of water left in the reservoir. The county was 30% ILLEGALS..

Americans were having to sacrifice crops, livestock and their way of lives to accommodate these bloodsuckers.

Great idea.

They are, after all, complicit.

They should be able to sue the judges that release violent criminals back to the streets to commit more rapes, murders and assaults. There should be no immunity for incompetence.

Sue the politicians personally. They need to be held PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE.

The city budget should never be the cash cow to cover political incompetence.

The bill should make it an irrebuttable presumption that a criminal that is not turned over to ICE at their request and that is released by a sanctuary jurisdiction and causes harm to another is irrebuttably presumed to be the negligent proximate cause of the loss and liable for the ensuing damages. This way all that has to be proved is ICE made the request and the defendant released them and bingo, the sanctuary jurisdiction has to pay the pot of gold for plaintiff’s damages
