The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List
This high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.
Email me to get on either the “Common/Top Issues” (20 - 25% fewer pings) or “Everything” list.

Yeah, I’m thinking of asking my doc if he has any free samples for me to try.

CM: Oxytocin should be an easy therapy to get.
You can generate your own, endogenously, by making an extended-ferment yogurt with Lactobacillus reuteri aka Limosilactobacillus reuteri. Specific strains known to do this include ATCC PTA 6475, LR007, LRDR and SD 5865, and these are available as high-potency probiotics or even deliberate starters. Up until a few decades ago, everyone harbored this species as gut microbes. The consequences of modern personal extinctions are still being tallied.

“oxytocin”
Now you have brain twisting the above into “oxycontin”.
Crappy day for me, but it’s still great that you post these!

Oxytocin should be an easy therapy to get. Nipple stimulation causes oxytocin release.
At least for women, no idea if it works for males...
Research has shown that nipple stimulation causes the release of endogenous [within the body] oxytocin, but in a pulsatile fashion. “It creates this rapid surge of oxytocin, and then it drops immediately,” explains McAdow. Nipple stimulation may be conducted through self-massage using one's fingers.

Or get a cuddly pet and produce more oxytocin on your own.
