This female agrees. I have always hated feminism. They put inept women in places and say we must “let her play”. I am all for smart and qualified women, but the numbers game just degrades us. We can earn it on our own. If we can’t, dump us. But end the numbers for gender and race.

Agreed.
There is also fatigue that comes from a woman who does something well and her being a woman is celebrated over and above the job well done.
