Not really, one was from a dam burst that created a lot of death & destruction. Whereas this sounds like a pipe burst probably caused by extended extreme cold weather. Hopefully the damage is limited to the building only and not any important artifacts. It was cold here in Louisiana, so I imagine it was colder in Pennsylvania. 😋
