This is the mindset that is guiding this move to protect the illegal invasion.

First off they aren’t immigrants, secondly, they are breaking federal law, not state law, and as such, states do not have the right to protect crim8nals thst commit federal crimes, or at least shouldn’t have the right to do so!

I am thinking that once the easy-to-find illegal immigrants dry up that the Trump Administration is going to surround state prisons and jails and enter them by force to nab the criminal invaders. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that federal law allows ICE to go anywhere anytime to nab illegal aliens. If that comes to pass they should pay for the incarceration of these animals in their country of origin to finish up their sentences. No prison guard in America is going to draw arms to fight armed ice agents and get arrested.

If I recall, when Texas and Arizona passed laws to protect their citizens from the illegal invasion, states like Illinois objected and got a Supreme Court ruling that immigration enforcement was a strictly Federal matter.
Well.
Since immigration is a strictly Federal matter, I presume all sanctuary laws, policies, and procedures are pre-empted by the Supremacy clause, and that Illinois is welcome to FAFO if their officials want to be prosecuted for insurrection. There are some vacant cells in the DC jail right now...
