I think this is a little too strict for reality. If someone changes physically, then they might change sex. But the demanding not to be misgendered or pretending to be a woman with a d*ck should be condemned.

Chromosomes determine sex.
Chromosomally there are two sexes, "male" and "female."
Anything else is "mutant."
Chopping off sex organs or grafting fake sex organs does not change chromosomes.

You can’t change your DNA. You can cut yourself up, or put makeup and different clothes on, but you’ll still be the sex you were born with.
No. They can change their appearance, but they can’t change their biological sex.
Or just call them crossdressers and let them do their thing so long as they aren’t hurting anyone else.
If a person with XY chromosomes (i.e., a MAN) somehow manages to change them to XX chromosomes (= female), then I would be willing to acknowledge that they have succeeded in changing sex.
