Billy Ray Cyrus broke his fans’ achy breaky hearts at Donald Trump’s Liberty Inaugural Ball.

The singer, 63, took the stage in Washington, DC, on Monday hours after Trump, 78, was sworn in as the 47th president.

But Cyrus’ performance was deemed an “epic disaster” by fans after he had a huge meltdown over alleged technical difficulties.

The chaos began when Cyrus complained that his guitar wasn’t working while he performed his and Lil Nas X’s hit “Old Town Road.”

“Is my guitar still on? I think they cut me off. I don’t hear my guitar anymore,” Cyrus said to the stage crew.

Not to mention she gets way more scrutiny than anyone else. What can Taylor Swift do?

Speak for yourself

What's your problem? You don't like old people, like Trump? Anti-Trumper? I'm in my mid-70s and slowing down, and do speak for myself. I admire Trump for having so much energy.

Miley Cyrus needs to apologize to David Gilmour for her cover of Comfortably Numb.

Mark Steyn wrote that the glitch with Underwood’s music was probably deliberate.

The real question is, why did the inaugural ball have so many technical difficulties?

I’ll never forgive him for imposing his daughter on the world.

God did that as a punishment for making Achy Breaky Heart popular.

You mean Smelly Virus? Repulsive skank. Seems a bit demonically possessed, maybe.

I thought he was higher than a kite besides looking like a freak. The supposed “talent” at the balls wasn’t last night. The pieces they picked for the dances were downright awful. A march? To dance to? You gotta be kidding.

Frankly, the entire backdrop and sound system were awful.

Who threw this event?

...and opera singer Christopher Macchio

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but I hate lazy reporting.

Christopher Macchio is an "opera style" singer who has toured with others in a "Tenors" group set of concerts. But to my knowledge, Macchio has never performed IN an opera.

Thanks for the Gilmour vid. I never tire of hearing that man play. Especially that song.

BRC is a mess here. He’s 15 years younger than Trump who just took on the biggest job in the country

Poor guy. He was under the influence of something. But that never bothered any other performers. But his guitar wasn’t working. Double whammy.

Yes, a mess. Point is, he is getting older, like everyone else. I'm more fit in my mid-70s than guys I know just turning 60. One of my sisters a couple years older is deep in dementia, has been for over ten years. Trump is not that much younger than Biden, but Biden is a mental mess. As we age, things change and some of us change drastically. I'll go to a movie theater with a neighbor in his 50s, he automatically gets a senior discount while I'm asked for my ID to prove being a senior. Getting old affects different people differently. But we all get old. Something lost on young people who don't know better.
